“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”

“I recently had such a great experience with the Trust Pharmacy in Pembroke Pines, that I really want to share it. I was having great difficulty in finding a pharmacy that had my prescription medication in stock due to a nationwide shortage. Finding a location that took my insurance was tough but I was so lucky to find trust pharmacy. The staff, Frescia in particular took the time for three days in a row to call my providers office, check availability of the medication at all of their stores everywhere local on my behalf and finally found the medication I needed. The staff overall was very nice, sympathetic and understanding. I am really grateful to all of them but especially to frescia, who stayed dedicated and was able to find the medication for me. Thanks to all other staff and frescia who go out of their way and beyond their call of duty to serve the customer. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thanks a million”
“The best customer service around. Definitely a neighborhood feel, and they are efficient. When you call them, they answer & are helpful. I will never forget how kind they were about figuring out a breast pump rental- and even saved me the hassle of getting it all the way back to another location when I was freshly postpartum. I’ve been meaning to write this review for years. If they don’t have what you need, they help you find a solution. I purchase things from them instead of Amazon, because of this customer service. Such a gem in our community.”
