DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! I made an appointment this morning at 10am. I got to the desk at 959am NO ONE was at the grooming desk OR the check out desk. I waited for almost 10 mins to only get scolded by this rude representative that finally came out. Another lady with her 2 dogs that had an appointment was also waiting in line behind and was also frustrated with the fact that no one was there. The representative proceeded to tell me she had to shave my dog bald because of matting (long thick hair Goldendoodle) which I wasn't too happy about, a major cut yes but completely bald i was not ok with. She told me I had to do it and I had to sign a form allowing them to do so. Then she said I would have to go to a vet to do it and began scolding me about how matted she was. He kept scolding and repeating the same thing over and over again and even the lady behind me with her 2 dogs with an appointment was in shock and appalled. I told the representative at the desk I don't want to speak to her and I want a manager. She begin raising her voice and talking back to me. The lady behind me also asked for a manager to complain. The manager finally arrived and said nothing when I told him my complaints and how the representative spoke to me. The did not say anything but had a smirk on his face. He did acknowledge or apologize or say anything. I will NEVER come back to that location ever again. The representative was rude, arrogant and has no customer service skills AT ALL. I have been there many times and today is THE LAST. I'm a paying customer and I should be treated with respect at ALL TIMES. The representative was speaking Spanish the the store manager the whole time and that alone speaks volumes. The manager never asked me what happen or give an apology. I am paying for a service, it's my dog and it's my right what I want done and what I DON'T want done to MY dog. I didn't walk in there expecting free services. That rude and condescending representative can not be trusted with my dog. I refused to get her groomed there ever again. Petco you have lost another customer and potentially more. I am telling my neighbors that I recently referred to Petco to not even bother. Stick to mobile grooming. PetCo is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for having someone like that work there and represent the company. JUST POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't trust that lady with my dog. Shame on you!!!!! I will also be calling the corporate office to file a complaint. I'm getting my last bag of food ordered and that's it. Petco is CANCELED.

Worst customer service ever when it comes to grooming. I won’t ever use them again because I feel like my pets are unsafe. Spoke to the manager to try to rectify the situation and he was an absolute dud. Would give zero stars if possible.

This store made life a lot easier. From the first day it opened, it has become much easier to buy anything for my pets.The staff is quite friendly and qualified. The location and sufficient parking make it convenient to visit. Very good decision.

I was really very dissatisfied, I took my dog and they did everything except what I asked!! And what I asked them to do to him they didn't do. I was very specific about removing all the hair from her ears and they didn't even touch them 😤 since her dark circles create an infection due to the hair 😡 and it's time to remove everything

They need to fix the engraving machine. We tired every single tag in the store and it took us an HOUR to make the machine engrave 3 tags. The associate that was there, James, was extremely nice and helped the entire time and did everything he could to make it work. If I’m paying $50 for 3 name tags the machine should be able to engrave them on the first try.

The product I purchased was stale and had been opened, a fact I did not discover until I returned home. This experience was quite disappointing, as I have never encountered food that appeared to have been tampered with before

Great store! Special thanks to Angel, the sales associate. He helped me test my water and answered all my questions, even things I hadn’t thought of. He offered valuable advice on how to care for my fish, and he was incredibly friendly and polite. I genuinely appreciated everything he did for me. Highly recommend this place!
