I used the self service bath for my dog for the first time. I liked it but the area was not clean from others dog hair, they should have a table were you can put the dog after to dry with the towel. It was convenient but not practical and clean.

Had an experience that made me remember why I always CHOOSE PETSMART FIRST! this company does not value customer service. They misinformed me prior to purchase I made, which of course I assume is correct information. I went back when having an issue with the product that didn't function only to find out the person who sold it misinformed me and it was pointed out to me on the receipt. Well duh, I wouldn't have known this Before making a purchase as I wouldn't have known what was on back of a receipt I didn't yet have. Speaking with the customer service line was absolutely no better. There is such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction or even care that they sell defective or non-working products.

A cute little store with a huge selection of toys, pet food, and treats. The staff is really nice and helpful. I recommend signing up for a loyalty program if you live in the area. You will get a 15% coupon after your first purchase.

It's a regular pet store so it smells like dog cats all of it haha. This was the 2nd time I've gone here and I has just been to bathe my puppy. The washing station is semi clean. It has a lot of dog hair everywhere and can be slippery so be careful. It's very convenient to have around especially when you just pay like $20 to use their soaps towels and everything.
