She was wondering.. she has a great personality, she listened to what I wanted and she was so knowledgeable about what I needed. She suggested the fish we should get, also the correct food.. “It's a regular pet store so it smells like dog cats all of it haha. This was the 2nd time I've gone here and I has just been to bathe my puppy. The washing station is semi clean. It has a lot of dog hair everywhere and can be slippery so be careful. It's very convenient to have around especially when you just pay like $20 to use their soaps towels and everything.”

“Really amazing customer service, I purchased a carry on trailer at this location however i wasnt able to get a plate do to a paperwork issue that required getting replacement papers from the maker. When I called to inform them of the problem the manager Brianna was incredibly helpful and got it taken care of, she made a stressful situation go real smoothly and hassle free for me, nothing but good things to say about this store and location, they also have a great selection go check em out.”

“I came here to buy some dog toys foe neighbor's good girl. She is so fun and I really enjoy seeing her on walks so I decided to surprise her and her Dog Dad.I looked through the toy section and I had a whole lot to choose from. They have so many styles and types of toys..I was there probably half an hour just deciding what to get her. I finally decided on some chew toys and some squishy ones. You can get lost in this store. There is so much to look at.I also peeked in at a dog training class. You can tell the trainer is passionate about what he does and his love of dogs. This store is just great all around.”

“I love this shop! This is super clean & elegant like its name! I purchased a puppy & they give you all the paper work & the paper work shows they are from responsible dog breeders. I bought my puppy here because I needed a dog that I’m not allergic to, I went to petland & it was so gross & the puppies were sick & 3 dogs in one small cage & on top of that more expensive then my car.I’m so happy elegant puppies actually care about these puppies & get them from the best breeders.”
