I walked in with 4 watches needing 4 batteries replaced. I was greeted by a friendly woman who quoted me and told me my watches would be ready in 10 minutes and then I could have a seat and grab a cold refreshment from the mini fridge . In less than 10 minutes, my watches were ready and set to the current time and date. I was blown away. amazing service and the price was friendly as well. They gave me a one year warranty. I will definitely return for future watch repair needs.

Extremely satisfied with the service received. I was there today (08/24/2024) to make an engraving on a coin dedicated to my military son. The attention was excellent. Spectacular service. And the result of the work: beautiful.
I would recommend this place to anyone interested in work of this nature.

Very unprofessional. I was told my watch would be repaired same day. No phone call all day so I showed up before closing only to be told the work will not begin until the next day. I could have made other plans had I known and if I didn't show up they wouldn't have told me. I took my watch back. I won't work with them.

Amazing customer service. Even that they closed on Mondays Mr. Castillo, and i didn’t know, he open the door and help me with a small issue and resolved in few minutes. Very happy with the way he handled everything. I’m a customer for life now.

I had to fix my engagement ring because one of the diamonds fell out. I just walked in and they fixed it within 15 mins or less. It was very cheap to fix and add a new side diamonds. I am so happy I found this place! Will be going back
