This was my 1st time ordering from BBW and picking up in store. An item I really wanted was on sale but not available at my usual BBW. It was available at the BBW in Pembroke Commons which was several miles from my home, but worth the trip. I was surprised that less than two hours after placing my order, it was ready. Pick up was efficient and smooth. I'll definitely be picking up in store more often. BTW, I love my bag!

It is always a great experience to shop here. There is so much to do and so many stores. I love shopping at Nike outlet store. The Sephora store is one of the best in Florida. Their customer service is always on point. Love Barnes and Noble, VS, Bath and Body, and finishing with dinner or lunch at Cheese Cake Factory. Love, love, love.
