Went by this Oakley store for the first time. I was interested in trying out some of the frames and possibly purchasing after. Edwin greeted me as soon as I entered the store while he was working hard with 2 other customers. Edwin was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with finding the right pair of Oakley sunglasses that I was looking for even though their computers/card system was down. He profusely apologized even though this wasn't his fault and tried as hard as he could to help me purchase the item with the limited tools at his disposal. The level of professionalism, amicability, and work ethic were second to none! I am extremely pleased even though I was not able to purchase the item that day, as it is a pleasure doing business with with a company who cares for its customers via its great employees. I look forward to going back to the store and ordering my pair of sunglasses today!
