In spite of advising them of my move out date, they automatically renewed my renter’s insurance past my move out date and threatened to send me to collections for $28 (after three years of being a paying customer). They tell me it’s an Allstate policy. So minus stars for Allstate.

Nicola and her staff worked diligently to trim my auto insurance payment. She found me every discount to save me over $700 in a six month period from what I was paying at Progressive. I never considered Allstate until she offered a quote. Thank you Nicola and staff!

Allstate more than doubles insurance Premium ( 2.56 times ) from $1,852.89 with a $2,904.66 Increase !Now $4,757.55 for $120,000 Property Protection.Haven't filed a claim in 25 years ( like never ).I guess you don't want good customers.Shameless corporate behavior ! !

Horrible experience. Nycola's Myco office staff do not answer messages or emails. Don't pick up the phone. I've been trying to reach them since June.
