This is one of the worst customer service I ever experienced in my lifeThey have an assistant manager by the name of Christian, He couldn't resolve my issueI would not recommend this bank to anyoneI gave them one star cause I didn't have a choice I wish I could give them zero stars

Useless bank with useless tellers. Lady with red hair never wants to do her job and always has an attitude. We have a business account with thousands of dollars but can't get rolls of pennies? The worst bank, go to chase.

Came here to open investments account, waited an hour and eventhough the merryl lynch gentleman was not busy anymore I was still waiting on the lobby, I guess because I look too young and latinx I wasn’t a “worth your time” kind of customer, I do appreciate the lobby manager checking up on me and trying to keep the place together. I’ll just have to go to a bank where they would take me seriously
