Excellent place, they have very good service, the guys know what they do in their work, they have very good cost and service, others know how to meet the customer's needs and be very patient. I loved attending the store. I recommend it 100%.

The service is very bad, they do not solve the problem of being able to pay in cash, they send you to another store. It is the third time and their system continues to fail to receive cash, and the contactless payment system does not work either. Terrible increasingly metro by T-mobile.

Went to transfer my phone to a newer phone and was charged an activation fee for a line that was already activated. I had to pay 3 fees: Transfer Fee, Activation fee and $5 for something else. Ridiculous $77 to transfer a line from one phone to another.
