Title: Outstanding Service and Great Deals!I had an incredible experience at the metro by T-Mobile store recently! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the best plan options for my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision.Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the store had a fantastic selection of phones and accessories. The deals were unbeatable, and I walked out with a new phone and plan that perfectly suited my requirements, all within my budget.I highly recommend this metro by T-Mobile store to anyone looking for a seamless, hassle-free shopping experience coupled with top-notch customer service. Kudos to the team for making my visit such a delight!

Please make sure when you visit, this store ask questions, and check your bill instantly. I have more than one occasion when I upgraded my phones, I was charged for services I never approved. My phone was shut off after paying my bill, then realizing insurance which I never authorized was put on. I don't know how these employees sleep at night, just to make a commission.

At first, I was very happy with my purchase. They finally disclosed at the end of the transaction that this was considered "Final Sale/No Refunds or Exchanges". At first, I didn't think it would matter, although had they spoken this at the beginning, I might have done the deal & gone to think about it. They say that as a courtesy to the customers, they transfer all the data & assist you with your new device. When I got home, I noticed not all the data I thought would be transferred, was not. I also discovered that the new device was not user friendly at all!! I returned 2 times that evening, & they would not budge on the return & refund, but if I spent more money, they would give me a better phone. I had already spent over $345 & they had no consideration for a senior! One of the sales guys thought that it was too bad I could not remember an old password & that one I had left the store, well, too bad! The assist manager who had been quite nice up to this point, decided she could not help me more & went to another customer who had returned. I left my first return trip warning the customers in the store that they were about to get ripped off & to leave before they were robbed. On my second return trip, I was so upset & disgusted, I just left! And I'm still going to return because I don't like the fact that the original sales kid, though really nice & not telling me about the policy in time, when he went to insert the proprietary SIMS card that came with the tablet they had just talked me into buying, fumbled the SIMS card & it was lost & instead of reaching for a new box, decided it would be just as good to use the card from my old phone & now I'm not crazy with that solution & will be returning for reparations on that fumble! So, readers, their "no yada yada yada" is exactly plenty of yada yada yada! Buyer be very aware! I'll post on wether they did something about giving me a new SIMS card & returning it to my old phone or not. So, for now, go somewhere else even if you have been a good customer of theirs for years! They don't care about the customer, especially after they make their sale!

RIPPED OFF! I was stupid enough to buy a phone from these f-ing THIEVES for $251.69. And 20mins after I bought it I tried to exchange it for a different model and I was told "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES"! These low-lives KNEW that the phone they sold me was BROKEN! They gave me some corporates number to call and told me to F-OFF! I called there customer service number AND corporate number. It's been 2 weeks now ands I haven't heard back. You'll be better off flushing your money down the toilet. Because at least you won't have to deal with these thieves BS!

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did everything they could to assist me and my brother his new phone, and they were excellent. I would highly recommend them. We were quite satisfied with everything that was done. I'd give us 10 Stars if I could. And when I need another phone I will definitely go back to them.

I was waiting and they took someone who had just walked in the store before me. Then, I found out that they are just Metro and nothing to do with T-Mobile.

They are still taking care of customers with care and attention to there needs with solid options. And also had a good deal on tablets as well with internet witch was also wireless and high speed. But you will need to check on location if high speed is available in your case.I am saying all of this only because person who help us extent at as a sales rep Thank you Michelle Menard.

I purchased a new phone at another location and the phone was giving me so much problems. I paid to get a replacement to see if the issue was the new phone. I experienced that same problem dropped calls, incoming calls wouldn't answer, call waiting dropped all calls, and the phone was powering off on its own. I went into the Pines store twice different days, and Johnny assisted me both times. I don't want to speak too soon, but Johnny rectified the problem this time. Now, it's finally working properly. Today, my intentons was to purchase a new/different phone because of the continuous aggravation. I have absolutely no problem with purchasing something that I want and/or need. The only issue that I experienced with Johnny was a little attitude and being impatience on both encounters. Please don't tell a customer that they are not getting another phone, because they already PAID for a replacement phone now mind you I PAID for the replacement phone oh well. Sometimes, we must learn how to have patience and listen especially when a customer has been having continuous issues with their device. Customer service is very important, and I know some customers can get out of line as well. C.S.R./Retail associates must learn how to keep it professional, have compassion, and understanding when dealing with customers. Remember, we all are customers when we enter into an establishment, and customers want to be treated the same way you(CSR/Retail associates)would want to be treated when you enter into a business. Other than that, I appreciate the many and final attempt to fix my phone. Thank you for your help.
