Waited 1.5 hours and store didn’t open despite business hours posted toOpen at 9am. I asked barber shop next door and they said they normally open1-2 hours late. Complete disregard for people/customers time. By the way, 5 people came and went while I was there.

If I could have gave it a zero or less I would have. I would never buy anything nor have anyone I know purchase anything from this store extremely horrible customer service and the respect for customers is absurd I'm completely surprised they are even in business and will not be at all surprised if it closed in the next few months it's a complete disaster from management to employees its a shame that they represent Metro in the worst way possible.

This is the worst Metro I have been in the state of Florida. They don't give a proper explanation and alway send me to customer service. Because of this constant bad service, I'm canceling my Meteo service.

I have been a customer for a long timeI bought a apple phone but I keep metro to keep two lines that I pay my bills every monthsWhen I have problems I go to 17015 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Fl 33027The customer service his name I believe is Luis Spanish, last time I was there he was so rude in from of other customersI asked him because he fixed before only took him one minutes, if he can put back my my email comcast from my computer to my phone I was waiting half an hour because I have dentist appointment, he said I have to wait I I always need help, but last time he said I should bring him something to eat or pay him I always bring that apple phone to be fox or something, I asked a customer and he helped me out he told me what to do I did.Customer service like him should be training better and more helpful with customer.

Customer service is above and beyond!! Upgraded my phone and set up the new phone for me while I grabbed a bite to eat. My old phone was glitchy really bad so it was difficult to get all my data. However Max took the time and got all my data transferred and let me go grab some lunch while he worked on my phone. I recommend this store to everyone who needs a cellphone and appreciates excellent service.

Customer service was helpful, but unable to help with Tmoble issue, I was referred to main Tmoble store. (This was helpful because they are an extension of TMobile and are only allowed to do limited things for main TMobile customers, I follow their instructionc)
