She also outlined the benefits of an adjustable base. We had not thought of one before but following a demonstration from Diana, we decided it would be an ideal addition to our bedroom. “This was the first time we shopped at Baer’s. We ordered a mattress, a sofa, and a chair with the help of Rico. Rico was informative, friendly, and efficient during the process. Our mattress was scheduled for delivery within a week (could have arrived sooner, but we weren’t going to be home). Communication was excellent for the mattress delivery. I received texts and emails confirming delivery date, a window of time the night before, and then a phone call when the driver was 30 minutes away. Billy was our delivery man and he was excellent as well. The delivery team was in Baer’s uniforms, very friendly, took care in delivering the mattress, and making sure we were satisfied. So far, our experience with Baer’s has been flawless. Our sofa and chair will be delivered in July, so I’ll update once we receive it.”

“Tad and Toni were great however the 4 stars are due to the tall guy with the sunglasses he maybe a manager or shift supervisor was very unpleasant with a terribly attitude and speaking to everyone including customers very rudely. If I wasn’t in love with what I purchased I woulda walked out. So I had to put up with him. He treated tad terribly I woulda quit immediately. Tad was very patient with him . I dont understand how they can have someone like him working in customer service.”
