The sales person was great and very patient. He introduced several bed mattresses according to my inquiries and explained what each one offered. I made my selection and was given a gift item by the sales person, a huge savings to go along with the bedding for further comfort. I can't wait to receive it and hope it sleeps well.

Visited this location as my first stop for mattress shopping and was warmly greeted by Masoom. He began showing us the top of the line everything, which i understand is a typical salesman move to make it hard for you to get something less expensive. He seemed very knowledgeable. Once I saw the prices I tried going to the more "budget friendly" side and he wouldn't come near it. Almost as if he didn't want to sell us anything unless it was $4k and up. I understand, he needs his commission but that turned me off. We decided to leave and keep shopping. At this point, he couldn't have been less interested in anything we had to say. Even when we told him "bye, thank you!"
That alone made me feel like just a number. I will never come back here again for that sole reason and if I do, it wouldn't be to buy anything from him.
A little kindness goes a long way. Even if someone doesn't buy your top of the line mattress, they still deserve attention. If I decided to make such a purchase, it would be elsewhere. Your kindness alone can make someone come back after they've thought about it. The sell doesn't have to be a total loss. He'd be great if you definitely plan on purchasing the same day.

Amazing experience at this store. I was dealing with some neck pain and came in for just a new pillow, but Masoom did such a great job educating me on how important a good mattress is for your personal health. In the end, I walked out with a brand new sleeping system. Including a Hybrid Serta mattress, a Sleepys Deluxe Cooling Pillow and adjustable bed frame. The financing was quick and easy, also very affordable. I look forward to receiving my order later this week and giving a follow up on my neck pain haha.

Purchased a mattress with an adjustable frame. They came back twice to install the brackets, so that I could purchase a headboard. 1st attempt they came with broken brackets. 2nd attempt the brackets were the wrong ones. After the 3 month deadline to return the bed. They tell me the brackets were discontinued. So they sold me an old model ? I can’t connect a headboard to this useless frame. Or I can pay them 500.00 restocking fee. Never again will I shop here.
