The store is clean everything in its place that's why I give it 5 stars
Note to management instead of your employees pointing at Isles and telling you where items may or may not be they should actually walk the customer over to the aisle and physically show them the product that they're looking for that's just my opinion

Had an emergency needed to buy a refrigerator when I asked an employee to see on quantity he says they don't have any but I don't work there and tell him that you have the same display over on the next side he goes and show me his scan gun that it says 0 on hand that they don't have any available what kinda service is that then the next employee come and say they can order it that I can get it next week no I need it now mines is broken really bad service

After frequently encountering staffing issues and feeling like a burden to employees at Lowe's locations in Pembroke Pines and University, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Lex at Southwest Ranches location. Thank you, Lex, for your helpfulness and kindness. Your assistance was greatly appreciated and restored my faith in the company's customer service. I continue to shop though but with no expectations from your staff. The staff Arnold, isles 2, I believe. I purchased a lock but had difficulty locating a specific handle, I asked for assistance but was told in a rude way, "to return to where I found my lock and I'll find handles. I explained that it was for a fence but was told to go look for it, you'll find it " ? I left my cart with the doors, locks and other items and went to home Depot.

I purchased a vanity from lowes and went to go and pick it up. When I went to pick it up it was well into the evening and I retrieved it and brought it home. Later into the week after I opened the box and inspected the vanity I found a hole and the hole had been made from outside the box, now this is when I realized that whoever damaged my vanity taped it right over to cover the whole on the box and hide any damage. This is completely unacceptable and inappropriate and even if it wasn't the employee who brought it out that damaged it they should've checked it or said something beforehand because now the process of renovating my bathroom has been put on hold and I've been planning this project for months and I'm extremely upset at lack of professionalism from lowes.

Service can be hit or miss, but I mainly use the Lowes app to help me find the products I need while inside the store.
