This is literally the worse place to work at. I don't recommend anybody working here the pay may be good but the stress is not worth it. Majority of the managers are shitty and DONT do there job. There's at least 3 good managers that actually care about the customers and peers. Team lead is ass. The managers are lazy asf and don't never want to come and help when a customer needs them all they do is hide or tell me to call another manager while sitting in the back. Mind you these are grown folks. I be feeling bad for the customers sometimes. We need better staff if not just close the whole store down ASAP! 0/5 to be honest

I haven't been to Lowe's for years as I usually go to Home Depot. But I needed some items and Lowe's was there for me to shop. These type of stores are cavernous so it's hard to find items for a novice like myself. Looking for a salesperson was extremely difficult. They were few and far between and I took a long time to spot one. I wound up having someone help me who was not a specialist to that part of the store. It was actually very spooky seeing so little salespeople in such a big store. I don't know if being a Monday was a factor snd people having their day off or not, but I hope this was an aberration.

Just wanted to take a moment and highlight Rada at the a the Pro desk. She helped us locate items from a different store. She really deserves, a shoutout for such a great job.

I come here 8/10 times for their garden section & the other times, it's for paint or items for small projects. This store is well lit and organized. As a woman safety is my top concern when going to these large warehouse-type stores, and thankfully have never felt uncomfortable or in danger coming here.The parking lot is large and have always found a spot near the front right away. The biggest issue is finding help around the store, however this seems to be a recurring issue at a lot of businesses. Roger, their paint specialist is incredibly helpful & knowledgeable, just be patient as there is usually a line of people waiting to place their order! Their garden section is mostly well kept --last time I visited all their carnivorous plants had died and were still kept out, but their variety of bromelias and shrubs is pretty fantastic. Shoutout for whoever is in charge of the sunlight labels--these have been very helpful!

I went online this morning to place an order for five five gallon gas cans. The website said the store in Pembroke Pines had fifteen in stock. I purchased them online and proceeded to drive from Fort Lauderdale to Pembroke Pines to pick them up. When I arrived the lady said she has to talk to the manager about my order. After twenty minutes she came back and said they don't have them. A) why wasn't I calledB) I think they have them but holding them for someone elseC) this is total bullshit! I will never buy a thing from Lowes unless I get a convincing reply from upper management!
