First, I would like to say this review is not about their service. My wife had an amazing time with our eldest on another visit. This is about the corporate booking policy.
Aparrently, if you are local to the area, they will only allow you to book an appointment at a location closest to your billing address.
My child will be spending the day with her grandparents in Miramar and my wife would like to have a spa afternoon with her, but because our address is in coconut creek, Little Princess Spa refuse to book us for the Pembroke Pines location. They said we can only make reservations at the boca location even though we will be in Miramar that entire day.
This policy is most possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.
Please do better!

I called today and tried to make an appointment. Unfortunately I could not take any of the times after 3pm. Then they called me up and said they can do a 1.30. Perfect. Said and done. Never been there and my 3 year was the only one there. I wish I could remember the technicians name, but either way. Super welcoming. She pampered my daughter for an hour with mani, pedi, hair, glitter tattoo. My daughter was in heaven and wants to go back tomorrow. Great experience, great service, super cute environment and above and beyond.

They are irresponsible, I had an appointment and they canceled it for the next day, I showed up and they weren't even there, they didn't even call, driving from afar I didn't like the irresponsibility from the beginning

My daughter’s birthday party was fabulous! Every detail was amazing! Carla, Nunu, and Saniya created a wonderful experience for all the kids and took care of set up and hosting flawlessly! Loved this venue, and the rest of the parents did as well!

Please do not waste your time spending any kind of money at this horrible horrible business they only serviced two of the things that they said that they would do that I booked and they were very rude especially the business owner then they try to play the role that I was an angry black woman and said that I must’ve told them to change my service also said that I refused service for myself and let my niece get her service obviously I didn’t take the service because I didn’t like how they were and they were doing a horrible job they rushed my nieces nails didn’t even let them fully dry under the fan rushed to do her make up rush to do her hair when they say a temporary hair color and that they’re gonna spray the whole head they don’t they only sprayed a portion of her hair but you know what it is OK God gives people like that karma and I will be handling this personally with my lawyers and my bank because I’m disputing every last charge and the business owner is refusing to give me a refund and then as we’re emailing speaks on my finances
And now is emailing me trying to force me to like the services i did not like the service and I wouldn’t recommend the ugliest frog to come here please stop emailing me because I am not taking the review down nor will I ever be returning not with the person Assuming that I am an angry black woman and that I’m only doing this because of my finances and I’m having a personal money problem which you also said that as well have a great day
