Horrible experience at the Lenscrafters location in Pembroke Gardens.I was going to buy 2 pair of glasses, instead I ended up losing money, losing a claim with my insurance company not to say all the time I wasted ( 3 months ) due to the incompetence of some of the staff members.
When I went the first time, the optometrist stated that my eyes were fine and after 3 wrong prescriptions she suggested that I needed a cataract surgery, which I don't have. Also the manager was condescending towards me every time I went to check the status of my glasses and always said " I am trying to help you"
When I presented my case to the customer service dept. I was thanked for writing to them, but my request to at least reverse my insurance claim, wasn't even acknowledged on the reply. It looks a computer used a template to reply my email.
Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend this company for glasses. Very unprofessional.
Now they will comment on my post, stating to sequence of events are not as described by me. I am curious to read what they say!

This was my first visit at LensCrafters in Pembroke Pines, FL. The assistant manager Lucy R. was very courteous, and took the time to offer advise on the correct frames and lenses. Dr. Larkin and her staff were wonderful and very friendly greeting us and caring. Overall a great experience!

The whole staff was helpful and welcoming. The assistant manager, Lucy, was wonderful and helped me find a great pair of glasses in my budget. I am new to wearing glasses so I had a lot of questions. Lucy was very patient with me and explained all the components to a lens and how insurance coverage works.
The optometrist, Dr. Larkin, was also very kind and knowledgable. She was able to answer all my question.
Thank you to Lucy, Dr. Larkin, and everyone that helped me find the perfect pair of glasses!

Lucy was great she took the time to explain the difference lens quality and prices and also took the time to go over all of our insurance benefits. She have great customer service we found what we need. I recommend LensCrafters at Penbroke Gardens

This is by far my favorite Lens Crafters location. Every interaction I have had has been exceptional. Lucy was respectful insightful and kind. All questions were answered and I felt heard. Would highly recommend.
