I would like to say Nicholas had assisted me to the fullest potential of customer service possible. He had so much patience as my daughters were going around trying to try on multiple sets of glasses. He showed us multiple sets of suitable glasses pertaining to her indecisiveness towards her frames. Appealing to her goals and specific preferences towards the square shape she had wanted. He was exceptionally versed in his work and gave his honest and very valued opinion. Nicholas had set a new personal standard for LensCrafters, for not only me but my daughters. This is our second time visiting LensCrafters in pembroke lakes and Doctor Kesselman worked diligently with us during my daughter’s check ups. I love the way that they handled the cover test for my girls and made sure to dilate their eyes before had to keep them as comfortable as possible. He is very considerate towards the care of the girls possible strain on their eyes. I will make sure to come back to their specific location for my own optical exam.

I had a great experience at this LensCrafters location. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. I was impressed by the short wait time and the efficiency of the eye exam, which was both thorough and quick. I also found the perfect pair of glasses, thanks to their excellent selection and guidance. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

I recently visited LensCrafters at the Macy’s store in Pembroke Lakes Mall. I am very big on customer service, and they did not disappoint me. I was welcomed the moment I stepped in. I didn’t have to wait long for my eye exam appointment, which was excellent. The staff were also very helpful with my glasses selection process and they made the whole experience great until I left.

Needed to get a new prescription after 4 years with the same glasses. I was really looking for some Oliver people glasses but couldn’t find any in LensCrafters but Jose showed me some Persols that are handmade in Italy which is something I was open to trying. We got everything fitted, eye exam complete and the glasses came in a week! I’ve been enjoying the new style and build quality of my new glasses so a big thank you to Jose for helping me out.
