For 2 weeks I’ve been in communication with both directors at each facility (Taft & Sheridan locations) today I go to register my son and the lack of professionalism was unreal. The director at the Sheridan location not only question my parenting due to my son not being potty trained yet but was rude and cut me off several times. Not to mention they acted as if they only spoke Spanish when I walked in. Luckily for me I’m Hispanic and speak fluent English and Spanish even though I don’t look like I do. I left the facility and called the director of the other location where she told me that the reasons the other location gave me didn’t make sense. Mind you this morning before even telling them I wanted to register, I asked if there was space available in the 2 & 3 year old classrooms and the director confirmed there was space. I called Patty several hours later where she stated she was in the middle of an inspection and needed to call me back. I waited 3 hours and tried her again where my mother spoke to her and she stated the other location and her location no longer had space. Just this morning there was space and now there isn’t. They clearly choose who attends there daycare and who doesn’t. In the beginning when speaking to the Sheridan location I could tell the answer was going to be no when she asked if I had a tour or not because she didn’t recognize my face. Point is I was ready to register my son this morning as discussed with the director and I was turned away because she didn’t like the things I was saying. I’m so glad I dodged a bullet in placing my son at this location because I definitely don’t feel comfortable with the facility and recommend other parents to keep an eye out for there kids since they clearly cover each others lies. Corporate should really be mindful on who they hire to education our childeren. Both directors are unprofessional and should go through a training on how to properly communicate with people, maybe even take an English class since they don’t feel comfortable communicating in English when they’re located in Pembroke Pines not hieleah.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of care my son received at Learning City Academy. The mistreatment he endured during his time there has left me with no choice but to share my concerns. One day they asked me to sign a notification report saying he has a rash but instead he had some bruises on his neck. When we asked for the videos they never found anything. The staff's inability to provide adequate attention due to the overwhelming number of children was evident. Any two-year-old kid needs care and attention, which, unfortunately, was lacking in this crowded environment.I urge other parents to reconsider enrolling their children here, as the sheer volume of kids seems to compromise the individualized care each child deserves. It is with a heavy heart that I express my dissatisfaction, and I strongly recommend seeking alternative daycare options that prioritize the well-being and safety of our little ones.

Staff is warm and friendly, app is used to communicate with parents, my child has adapted well and has evolved so much in just a couple of months.

Today I was looking for a good preschool for my son, I visited Learning City Academy West Campus, it seemed like an excellent school and I found that my friends who recommended it to me were absolutely right, because of the good treatment of parents and children.I loved the cleanliness and organization of each of the rooms.100% recommended

The director does not know how to communicate with people or with teachers. They throw out the teachers because they don't have enough children, and how are they going to have enough children with such a bad rating of 3.6 out of 5. I would never enroll one of my children in this place

School is amazing! My son started there when he was almost 3 and evolved and learned so much. They have been so supportive even through difficult circumstances. My daughter who is 2 almost 3 has been going there for a year & she loves it! She adapted the first week there and loves going to school. I love it here!!

This is a dangerous place for children!!! Police and the state have been involved. My brother dropped off his 3 year old twins this morning and because their main teacher wasn’t there yet the twins were taken to the cafeteria area with other teachers, one of the twins stayed crying so my brother decided to peak through a window and that’s when he saw a teacher grabbing my nephew by the hair and shaking his head. When by brother confronted the teacher, she started crying and saying that she “was frustrated and under a lot of stress”. Once the director heard what the teacher was saying she ordered her to “be quite and not say anything else” and became very defensive towards my brother, once the police were called she refused to let them see the video cameras. It would only be maybe 30 seconds of video they would need to see but she knew what that teacher did.We would like to shine some light on this incident because it’s very unlikely that this was a first time incident with this teacher and how the director chose to handle the situation was beyond unprofessional

I paid for my granddaughter and grandson to go to this daycare and after 2 days my grandson got RSV and spent the next few days in the hospital. My granddaughter was fine she didn’t get sick so we know kids will get sick in daycare from sharing with other kids. However once my grandson was fully recovered from the RSV we allowed him to go back to daycare assuming everything would be fine. He got sick again but not RSV but a bad cold that took forever for him to get better. This time my granddaughter got sick also so I told my son to inquire if anyone else was sick in the daycare but we never got a straight answer. Needless to say my grandkids no longer attend this daycare. They also required payment while my grandkids were home sick and had no concern for their wellbeing. I would never recommend them even if my case is an isolated incident they are seemingly allowing sick kids or employees to come into the school. My grandkids were not sick when they started daycare but got sick after ONLY two days and had to be hospitalized. Since we stopped taking them they haven’t been sick since.

My two children ages 2 and 4 attend this preschool and I have nothing but gratitude for the staff. My girls love their teachers, the environment is always clean and they constantly share pictures of the children through their day on the Procare app.

My daughter has been her for almost 5 years. I’m grateful for this school. I miss Ms.Veronica so much, with every change she made each transition a breeze, the way she loved my daughter shows to this point right now. My daughter ask me for her everyday, Ms. Nancy, thank you so much for these 5 these years. You are amazing. A school couldn’t have had a better duo.

Clean, good communication within pandemic regulations, caring staff, spacious classes.First daycare for my 2 yr old. She got used within a week or two because of great office staff and teacher. They care for them and treat them well. My baby loves her teacher, Adelaida, and can't wait to go to school to see her which tells a lot of how well cared she is.Never got a rash, never any bumps, scratches, bruises etc so far...fingers crossed it says this way.She did get all normal sicknesses and viruses they get when they start, but i was already ready for it.

We had our son in this school for VPK. The communication is horrible. The management never addressed any concerns I had everytime my son was hit by other students, or when his belongings were lost. The so-called manager (Veronica) is rude, even in times when we ask her menial questions. The management does not collaborate and we have to guess about what our child does all day in class. We, and other families, also have reason to believe they are racist. (We have observed them giving preferential treatment and leniency of the rules to white parents and families). Do not consider this institution.
