BMW of Lauderdale Pembroke Pines treated me in a manner that I would never expect from a luxury dealership - or by anyone in any line of sales. It definitely arises to some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten buying a car... which I've probably done 15 times in my life.My sales person had been great through the whole process, and super communicative but there was a problem in delivering the vehicle. Where things went severely off the rails is when I spoke to the manager. He was totally condescending, rude, cut me off when speaking to him, repeatedly told me that the reason they wouldn’t deliver the car to me is because I didn’t finance through them and instead went with my preferred trusted banking relationship.Then when I said I had a scheduling conflict to pick up the car says "well if you want this car, you need to come get it, or we will resell it". I tell him I need a little flexibility in my options - will they hold the car (that I've already put a deposit on)?He says they refuse to hold the car.I inform him that this will possibly kill the deal.He says 'oh well.'His resolution is for me to rearrange my entire work schedule - something I'm unwilling to do because I respect my client's time.All these things are pretty much forgivable, but what isn't is the tone that the manager spoke to me with. I don't know if this dude just had a bad day, maybe he's in the wrong line of work, or maybe he just needed a snack. I don't pretend to know his life... but what I do know is you shouldn't be the manager of a luxury brand and tell someone spending a considerable amount that their business doesn't even matter enough to speak to them in a respectful way.I did end up buying the car, but I’ll forever advise people against shopping here. Multiple emails and phone calls to the GM have gone unanswered as well, so it seems the problem is systemic.

I had an issue with my windshield wipers and Javier one of the mechanics went above and beyond to help me. He showed me that it was the way it’s supposed to be. He took the time to show me a different cars windshield to compare. He was very patient and helpful! You could tell he’s very passionate about his work! Thank you Bmw of Pembroke Pines!

As always, treated spectacular by the service department. Had to replace all tires on my 2021 540i M Sport and Ronald Delatorre and Paola Soto were exceptionally attentive which I appreciate immensely. Mark Nichols was also very helpful with my decision on the tires chosen which were the staggered 20in Michelin Pilot run-flats. Lastly, kudos to the technician who did the actual work on the vehicle (don't know his/her name). I am quite particular about how I care for my vehicles and the respect for that was evident.

My advisor Mark was amazing. I initially met Mark during a service visit. I had a number of questions about potentially trading my X5, I was looking for a used X6. Mark spent over an hour talking to me about the pros of the X6 and how much people loved them. He also pointed out some things I may want to consider going from the X5 to the X6. At the end he gave me his card and promised to stay in touch if one became available to test.We spoke a few times over the months to come and Mark explained that the used X6 were becoming more and more a rare commodity. So I did some research (at least I thought) and shifted to the possibility of an X4. I communicated this with Mark and he immediately sent me options on inventory. We set and appointment and I visited. The process was seamless, Mark and Laura in finance were awesome. Well I get home and realize with about 24-48 hours I don’t love this vehicle. Nervously I reach out to Mark he immediately contacts me and we set a time for me to bring the vehicle back the next day.Upon arrival Mark takes the time to go over all potential vehicle options in inventory between the two stores and we look at 3 vehicles I want to test drive. I completed my test drive and ended up selecting another X5, I guess if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it. I love my new X5, my first was a V8 and this is a V6 so there is some adjustment there but other than that I’m in love with everything about it.This is my second purchase from Holman, my first was with Ky in their Mt. Laurel, NJ BMW store. With the service I received both times they have a customer for life. My car buying and car servicing needs are always handled with white glove service. Thank you Holman

Love my new car!!! I got the BMW 330Msport and I am obsessed. Thank you to my salesperson Fabrizzio Rosero he always goes above and beyond and is amazing. I appreciate him so much. And I definitely recommend to ask for Fabrizzio he is very knowledgeable and so helpful when looking for a car. 10/10 ?

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Barry greeted me with the warmest, most welcoming smile and guided me on where to go. Omar was very thorough, incredibly efficient on my immediate needs and ensured my recall and service was completed within this visit. He set proper expectations on how long my vehicle would be at the dealership and arranged for me to get a rental as loaners were not available. He consistently communicated every step of the way and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was washed and already pulled up for me. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dealership and I’ll absolutely use this dealership and advisor moving forward.

My sales consultant Fernando was truly a pleasure to work with. Very transparent and personable, he made me comfortable to work with him and didn't feel as though he was giving me the typical car sales rep treatment. I must say, this is one of the very few times where I was not apprehensive purchasing a car. This was the most expensive car I've ever purchased and walked away happy with my decision because of the experience i had with Fernando.

Very polite people from the entrance with the receptionist to the end with Ramon, the advisor. They took care of my car’s maintenance very fast taking in consideration I did not have an appointment. The technician, Joey was awesome and I loved the video report I got where I could see the inspection of my car. I have South motor BMW closer to Home but I rather wake up earlier in the morning, drive half an hour and bring my old BMW to the next county to this BMW service center for a better care and faster service. Easily the worst dealership in south Florida. Customer service is a joke. I had to greet the receptionist because she was too busy chewing gum and scrolling instagram. Took 30 minutes for them to bring my car when it was ready a day ago. Every time I've come there's an issue. I don't recommend this dealership at all. Most definitely won't be driving a BMW when my current lease is over. Thank you, God bless.

This location is currently under construction with no show room, a sales person needs to take you to a garage to show you the cars. Once a sales person was able to attend us he seemed uninterested or just didn't want to help us. We left and went to a different dealership.

Highly recommend working with Dillan from Lauderdale BMW Pembroke Pines. He’s awesome! He sold me a 330i at a great price and they even bought out my Lexus lease so we didn’t have to deal with two places. Great service, we’ll definitely be back!
