I came on a Saturday for a drug screening since I work weekdays and turned away because “they don’t do drug screenings on Saturdays.” Only T-Th. Which makes no sense for people who work on weekdays. Should include Saturdays for people who are busy! No help whatsoever and when asked if another location had Saturday availability they responded “all labcorps don’t take drug screens on Saturdays.” One Google search proved wrong.

I came here without an appointment for a drug screen. Everything took less than 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Got my results about 2 business days later. Would recommend.

I honestly don’t know why the reviews for this location are so bad. The check in process was easy and my appointment was on time/as scheduled. Carol did my lap work and was super sweet. Was in and out with 15 mins. I have no complaints.

I have been going to Labcorp for 5 years and this location has been the least helpful of all of them. I have called the office multiple days in a row and left several messages and still no answer to why my labwork has taken so long. Do not go to this location.

The LabCorp of Pembroke pines is the worst that I visited,super very rude and impolite staff,they act like they are doing a favor to you for make the job drug screening, definitely they don't love their jobs,for sure I will never comeback to here.

Monique was so nice and she was so quick when it came to drawing my blood she’s definitely a pro and this place is lucky to have her would definitely recommend anyone to come here it quick painless and I had great company thanks to Monique!

I don’t understand why the bad reviews, I see now people like to complain about everything. When I arrived I went to check in (self service in a tablet and super easy). The lady at the front desk was the one who collected my blood, she was extremely talented and I say this because every time I go to my doctors office and those offices where they hire anyone the people who draw blood say they can’t “see or feel my veins” and they make me drink water and this is an excuse cause they don’t know what they are doing. I didn’t feel a thing when the person was collecting my blood, wasn’t painful or uncomfortable at all and I see they have talented and experienced personal in lab corp, I was extremely satisfied with the service and I can’t say they made me wait or were rude, from now on I’ll be visiting this place to get my labs done

Honestly this place is not as bad as the reviews make it out to seem. I’ve gone twice now and each person that has taken out my blood has been super super nice and patient with me (even after explaining to them my fear of needles). From my experience, the front desk lady can be a little sassy but she’s not rude.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. So I’m waiting to have a test done in the lobby and I didn’t want to sit down because I was wearing a very light grey dress (almost white) and the chairs looked gross. So, I was just asked to leave and wait outside because I wanted to stand up beside my chair as opposed to sitting down in the chair. And, just in case you’re wondering, no, there aren’t a lot of people here. There is only myself and one other person waiting in the lobby right now and the other person is sitting on the opposite end of the lobby I am not close to anybody so this has nothing to do with social distancing rules the lady is just a bitter, angry, old toad.
