I have never seen such bad service in a clinic that gears to our senior population. The lack of respect and kindness to our people is here in this clinic. My aunt who is 93 and was proscribed needed medication never received the medication . After numerous of calls from her and her grand daughter ( 5-6daily) for 4 days never received assistance. I had to drive over and lucky went into the specialty area to finally get assistance. They did everything possible to assist to include call the pharmacy. I ended driving to Doral to pick up the needed medication. The pharmacy ladies were helpful as well.But the main clinic in Pines are a disgrace! Do not take your elderly there.
