I take all my vehicles here to get detailed weekly the service and cleaning is great, no complaints. They also have a nice waiting area with seating so you can wait comfortably in the ac while your car is being cleaned.

I regret to give this service 1 star, and even that seems generous. I purchased a Groupon for an interior detailing, choosing this location for its proximity to a friend’s place. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, there was no one to greet me, and the sign simply directed me to go to the podium. I waited for about ten minutes, but no one showed up. I entered the small store/waiting area, only to find it empty except for another customer. Eventually, I approached one of the detailing staff. Out of the eight people I saw, only one spoke English. He informed me that I needed to schedule an appointment, despite another customer advising me to just speak to someone directly.
When I tried to do so, the one English-speaking staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. Determined to proceed, I sat down to book an appointment online. The next available slot was at 12 PM, which was an hour and 15 minutes away. Although inconvenient, I was willing to wait given the good Groupon deal.
However, the booking process was unnecessarily complex. I had to fill out a lengthy form, and the Groupon option was not clearly listed. I noted in the comments that I had a coupon for an interior detail. At 10:49 AM, I completed the form, using the shop's address as required, which felt redundant and confusing. I received an email stating, "Please wait for an email confirmation of your appointment."
Assuming this was a mere formality to enter my information into their system, I waited. At 11:47 AM, I received an email informing me that my 12 PM appointment was cancelled.
The lack of customer service and poor communication is unacceptable. No matter how skilled they might be at detailing, I cannot recommend this establishment due to their atrocious customer service. Improvements in this area are desperately needed.

If you like rude service this is the place to go.
If you like random pricing different from what’s posted this is the place to go.
1. A Kia sportage is not a large SUV
2. If you’re paying cash you have to find the right employee. There is no one in the office.
3. If you question the price you are met with an aggressive argumentative demeaning explosion from the person in charge.
4. They Armour Alled my brake and accelerator pedals they are now very slippery .Wouldn’t go back if the service was free

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I never write reviews but I had to do my duty as a citizen to warn you to NEVER COME HERE. There are so many things that are wrong with this place.
1. The cheap and harsh chemicals ruined the interior of my car. Even the metal from my car logo (on the steering wheel)peeled off. Also please mind you my car is new.
2. The owner lied to me and told me he would help replace it and that he ordered new parts. And then proceeds to ghost me for MONTHS. And yes, I was continuously texting and calling him. After quite literally tracking him down, we finally decide to meet up to fix my car at a specific time and location. I drove an hour to meet him at the time and place we both agreed on and he completely ghosted me once again. He never showed up. Till this day, my car is messed up from this place.
3. They told me a price for a service and then did the wrong service (which of course was a less intense cleaning than what was originally promised.) I was watching them clean my car so when I noticed they weren’t cleaning everything, I said something to the workers. The owner (who is the same guy who ghosted me) proceeds to double the price for the service I was originally promised. I refuse and he says « oh you don’t have money. » and starts to insult me and call me broke. I was waiting for the cameras to come out of a bush because I thought I was getting pranked.
4. I also waited over three hours after being promised it wouldn’t take more than an hour. (Honestly on this list of things, not even what I’m most upset about)
5. The cherry on top is when I refused to tip because the inside of my car was ruined and I was already paying $100, the worker got mad at me and kept aggressively asking where his tip was.
The most insane and disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. I promise you, this is not where you want to bring your car. I wish I would’ve listened to the other negative reviews on this place. Absolutely terrible. This place needs to get shut down.

Set an appointment for a car wash at 10:00am while at work with a 2 hr window. Did not show up until 2:00 after saying he was at the address multiple times when he was not. Spent 30 min waiting once when he said he was “pulling up” 30 min later still not there and then once when he said he was “here” to just tell me he actually is not. Then was harassed about a tip lol.

Excellent customer service through and through. I was treated like royalty when I was there! Plus my car came out looking completely brand new. I am excited to go back and use the interior / exterior detail service again! Thank you guys!!!
