I have not words to describe how incredibly my experience was at kRV salon!! I went there a week before to see if they can do one special color that I want and they did a test on my hair to see if I would like, so I liked it and I went back to do the whole work, Chavela is a very professional and great hair dresser she was taking her time to reach to my goal and she did it!! She is AMAZING ? the whole staff is wonderful I loved it ❤️ it’s hard to find a 5 ⭐️ salon in Pembroke and this is the best of the best full recommended to the ladies who are struggling to find the perfect spot to be spoiled and satisfied ??here is some pictures from before and after so you can see the amazing work !

i have natural curly hair. i went in december 2023 for a blowout. i did not do extra conditioning, just a wash and dry. when i washed my hair a few days after the blowout, my curls were gone, my hair looked like when i used to put chemical relaxer. i figured the heat on my hair from dryer and flat iron dulled my curls and they would be back. i also smelled my hair and it smelled like it did when you use chemical relaxer. it is now april 2024, at my roots my curls are slowly coming back. i believe and now know for certain that the hairstylist , without my permission ,put either keratin or chemical relaxer in the conditioner she used. i am not trying to put this salon out of business or get my stylist fired, but i do want anyone who reads google reviews to know what happened to me and my beautiful curls. i am dominican and i speak spanish so there was no miscommunication. i’ve been to other dominican salons for blowouts and this did not happen to me.

Today was my first time visiting KRV Hair Salon and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Jaky was absolutely amazing! I came in with very frizzy, damaged brunette hair with split ends, and left blonde with straight and healthy hair! I’m IN LOVE with the color and the way Jaky did my highlights. I highly recommend and will be back next time I’m in town!

She is so sweet and professional. I came for a haircut, wash and blowdry. She did exactly what I asked. I love how my hair came out. I will definitely be coming back for more services.

This is my first ever review, I don’t really write reviews because I’m a very supportive person of any kind of business. But this place did a horrible job on my hair. They charged me twice for a mistake they did on my hair. Which shows how money hungry they are. Like instead of working something out they made me pay double. I don’t recommend you guys to go there, save your money and go somewhere else. I was never told about this guarantee and when I went back instead of fixing the mistake that was very obvious I was charged even more which left me speechless.

First off, let me tell you… everyone here treats you like family. It felt like family environment. They ask if you want coffee, they sell empanadas in case you have a long appointment, the environment alone speaks volumes. Now I did my hair with Yajaira, she absolutely killed it. She made my hair look & feel beautiful. I asked & she delivered exactly what I wanted. She did amazing. In addition, I didn’t even do a treatment & my hair feels like it never lost its integrity after bleaching it.. I went from black to this photo attached. Definitely coming back for all my hair needs!
