My GO TO beauty supply store. I’m a Hairstylist .I come here for ALL my needs. The best things about this place is it’s Black owned and the customer service is Always excellent!!! They go out their way to provide a great experience. It makes me so happy coming here!

In this area it is easy to find a beauty supply store/ hair store, but it is difficult to find a beauty supply store with good customer service, that actually cares about their customers, anywhere!! And this store is just that.Located in a busy plaza, with the company branding on the door. Now this is a smaller size beauty supply store, so they don't have that much inventory but they have everything that you expect when you go into a hair store. One of the things I like about this establishment is that it has a few items that are typically not at your bigger/ chain beauty supply stores; unique buys. The pricing is standard, but they offer daily discounts. The establishment is well organized and clean. As soon as I came into the establishment, I was politely greeted and asked if I needed anything. I was looking for something particular and the employee was so helpful, she asked me questions as to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable. It's very nice to be able to go into a hair store and be serviced by someone who knows and actually uses the product; and more importantly is respectfully of their clientele. I definitely recommend checking this establishment to anyone who is in need of a beauty supply store.

First visit at Kayla's. Great selections of all major hair care products, wigs, other beauty items. Met the owner and learned how the name of the store was established. Excellent prices and customer service.
