“We had a mishap with my engagement ring it got misshapen after something fell onto it. We gave them a call yesterday and they were extremely helpful, they did mention that their repair specialist is not in on Sundays and that we could come in today, and it was very nice of them to even give us another jeweler recommendation if we needed same day service for that day. We decided to wait and see them today and luckily made it in time before they closed and they repaired the ring so quickly and I am relieved we didn’t have to leave it overnight or anything like that because I hate parting with it. The store is clean and very well maintained. Some beautiful unique pieces they have. An added bonus - there’s a cute fluffy friend named Sasha to greet you in the store. Thanks so much!!”
“I walked in with 4 watches needing 4 batteries replaced. I was greeted by a friendly woman who quoted me and told me my watches would be ready in 10 minutes and then I could have a seat and grab a cold refreshment from the mini fridge . In less than 10 minutes, my watches were ready and set to the current time and date. I was blown away. amazing service and the price was friendly as well. They gave me a one year warranty. I will definitely return for future watch repair needs.”
“I use to come here in the past but then had moved a bit farther away so started going somewhere else. Recently, while my current jeweler was away, I remembered them and came back to them. Their work is exceptional. The owners are the ones managing the store and working on all the jewelry hence why it's always such a family feel when you enter their store. The owners will make sure you don't spend your money where it's not needed. I hope I can return soon when I can purchase that 20K ring i fell in love with. “Golden Pines Jewelry is a tiny store located inside Sedano's! My Michael Kors watch batteries have been dead for quite some time, so I came to get them replaced! It was only $12, and the sweet lady who assisted me changed the batteries in only three minutes! Besides replacing watch batteries, they also do jewelry and watch repairs! This place is close to my house, which is convenient!”

“Today I went to paradise Jewelry to get some watches resized and one to replace the battery. The person who attended me his name is Douglas. Super helpful guy. Very nice, super friendly, and most importantly very professional. He tried the watches on my had and already knew how many things he needed to remove in order for it to fit just right. Once I went back to pick up the watches they were ready and they all fit just perfect. I would definitely be going back just for that great customer service Douglas provided.”
“If you come to pembroke lakes mall and visit pandora you MUST request Juanita to help you. I work in the mall for retail guest service and know how hard sales associates work. To say Juanita works hard is an understatement. No matter how difficult I am each time I come and visit she always is patient and isn’t afraid to show me different charms or bracelets that she would think i’d like.
