I have never had anything but perfect jewelry from them. Have worn their jewelry for 20 years at least. I must say I've never bought online, always in the store.

I don't know about this location but their online store is terrible. I was gifted the "joy of my heart ring" as a gift for Valentines Day. Upon arrival the ring looked worn down and scratched beyond measure. When my significant other called them to get a refund, they refused and only offer store credit once I paid to ship it back. Are they crazy? ??? I took pictures of the ring so he can email them how bad the ring looked. They had the audacity to say maybe I'm the one that worn down the ring when there's is proof that it only has been a day since it was delivered to me. How can someone wear down a ring that is supposed to be sterling silver with a gold accent piece in one day? ??? I only took out the ring for 20 seconds until I noticed the damage. I've never worn it for longer than that. I refuse. The customer service lady that spoke to my significant other was very rude and refused to work with him until he called his card company to open a dispute. The representative from the card company let James Avery have it. They were in the total wrong. He is in the process of getting back his money and James Avery is sending a prepaid shipping package for me to ship the ring back. I have pictures to prove everything! !! I would never recommend anyone to shop via online at this store. They are not worth your hard earned money. They are full of shenanigans.
