Terrible place, and customer service is horrible. Disappointing Experience: Rude Service and Unfinished Business I regret to say that my recent experience with Jacobo & Associates, Inc. left much to be desired. This young lady service was shockingly rude. Not only was she confused as far as to what year i was filing, which is alarming, she also has a remarkable lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the business failed to complete the task I entrusted them with. Despite assurances and promises, they fell short of delivering on their commitments. It's truly disappointing to encounter such negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I also sent continuous text messages asking them the status of my taxes and never did I receive any response. I called on Friday 04.12.2024 and was informed that my taxes were being worked on and I would get a call back in "20 mins" which I never did. Called back today (04.15.2024) to see the status on my taxes since I never got the call back that Friday, and I am told that "I placed my taxes on hold" which I never did. When I ask to speak to the gentleman I originally spoke to, I was told "My dad is very busy and that he is not a octopus". I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Jacobo & Associates, Inc. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with rude behavior and unfulfilled promises. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and take pride in their work.

I have been working with you for more than 5 years and you are always very diligent. I wanted to know if they are working on Saturdays because Monday to Friday is difficult for me due to work reasons.

I've been doing my taxes with this company for 22 years and never had a hiccup with my taxes. Very professional and kind the entire staff. Totally recommended, 10 out 10. 5 star service.

The worst place you can ever go to for tax services, from the first phone call I made in which the gentleman told me to hurry if I live far to make it before 2pm to the experience I had with them. I came in with my wife and immediately was sat down to examine my W2, no one told me about a charge for just checking what I would get in return. I spoke to the gentleman handling my files and told him I wasn’t interested. My wife was being taken care of by the owner of the place, I told my wife we would do our taxes elsewhere and he immediately threw attitude with me because I “wasted his time” please be aware of this place it’s terrible, I wish all he said was I wasted his time but he continued to call me thief and told me to take my mask off. I would never recommend this to anyone, I experienced a television drama with these people.I even offered to pay for his time
