I never had such a bad experience with this brand. Every one of the cashiers looked like they were about to drop dead. But what worse is after standing in a long line?Just to hear that the item I was trying to return was purchased at a different location and they're not going to accept it. Not abroad, not in a different state.Just a different local location!

This store closes at 8 at night and its employee Jose Martinez approached me in a threatening manner that it was closed and told me that he would call security if I did not leave the store. The truth is, one goes to H&M store to buy and have a good time. nice not to be treated poorly if you are tired don't work there terrible treatment

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s necessary.. this location is horrible! If you’re going to work in retail LEARN PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I already had to come back to this store TWICE because they’re not properly training their staff on how to process returns .. and now the store manager JOSE wants to add on being rude and dismissive of my concerns for my hard earned money. I worked retail so I understand the stress but that SHOULD NEVER excuse horrible service to the consumer. DO BETTER

It was pretty surprising to know they charge. Ten cents to put an item you purchase on a plastic back, or you walk out of the store with the products in your hand. ?

This has been my quick go to store 10+ yrs now when I need a quick outfit for whatever. The only thing I don't like about this location is they seem to always be out of larger sizes. XL to be more precise and 36/38 waist pants. Other than that I'll be visiting soon again. ?
