I agreed to the sun pass option and I just found out the employee didn’t add it I’m very disappointed and frustrated, because I’ve been on the phone for more then 2 hours trying to connect with hertz without and success my concern is that I going to be getting a fine for something I already agreed to.

Staff are friendly, booking is easy. But signage could be improved there's a tiny sign in a massive parking lot shared with everything else. The external of vehicle was good condition but the internal was dirty. Crumbs and previous items from renters left in it. Felt icky. I'd recommend a different location if you need to do Hertz.

This Hertz location IS THE WORST, they will overcharge you for something you are not aware of. BEWARE to rent with them as you will be robbed at the end. That was my experience with them and their unprofessional manager Ned who we tried to reach for 2 weeks to get explanation on the charge. Came up they added some kind of protection to my rent I wasn’t explained about. I won’t recommend this particular location to deal with or if you will, check and ask about everything you sign, because nobody will explain you anything and they will overcharge you at the end.

Alfredo is a man of his word! I received a car since that's all they had, while my truck was being worked on. After dealing with Chevy and they couldn't help, I went back to Hertz and asked if he could call me when any truck came in. 2 days later Alfredo called me making my day! He held the truck until I got off work. It's the small things that makes you appreciative. His manager and all the staff there makes you feel like family! I've been having a bad experience with Autonation but the Hertz family always make my day! Thank you all!!

The worst ever experience . At the end of the first rental day, the car wouldn’t start anymore. Don’t expect any help. People on the line are as thick as they come and come up with all sort of lies, to avoid solving the problem their company put us in. No more Hertz USA for us.
