This agency has, IMO, zero regard for clients. When we requested cancellation of policies due to new policies coming into effect, Stephanie cancelled one, but not the other, leaving us with duplicate coverage and costs. We were unable to communicate with Mr Ackerman, and Stephanie's attitude was not my problem, we ca't help you." I'd give -5 stars if that was an option.

I want to let people know how satisfied i was getting health insurance at health market pembroke pines with owner carl ackerman , he took the time to find the right insurance that best fits me , and a couple of my coworkers who are so satisfied also , we all saved money on our monthly payment , i am so appreciative for him taking the time to work with me and getting me set up with health insurance .

I googled health care insurance help because I was so confused with the insurance marketplace. I didn't understand much and didn't want to end up with the wrong coverage and paying a bunch of money. The first place that popped up was Carl's office. I decided to go since it was a mile away from my house. And I am so glad I found this place. I was greeted immediately and Carl himself took care of me which was pretty impressive. I basically told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the right plan for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this office for any insurance needs. Amazing customer service thank you....
