All I can say is that I am in love with this place, for the cleanliness it always has in every place in the condominium, that if you need help from the office they are always available and that is something that is not seen in all the places I have lived, I wanted to share my experience because the truth is that it has not been previously in the places I have lived.

On May 31st Cortland took over Harbour Cove and the transition has been smooth. I went to the office on that day to submit my renewal papers and spoke with Bianca. Bianca was very pleasant and friendly. She honored the previous owner's renewal rate. I have dealt with her on several occasions afterwards and she's always been pleasant. Cortland is beautifying the property and I know it will be a pleasure living here.

Cortland bought Harbour Cove on Pembroke and Hiatus and it’s been 2 weeks since they did, and I promise you they are the worst. Bianca is the worst rep I have ever spoken to and she is literally in the office. She is beyond disrespectful. I can say I will be moving out, no ifs, buts or maybe. I take honor and pleasure in writing this Review. My daughter is a resident of this Luxurious Apartment Community. And she raves on and on how she is so grateful that she made Harbor Cove her choice to reside in. She tells me how wonderful Ms Althea, Ms Brianna, and Ms Orchida has made her stay here a pleasant one. She brags how the community is clean and well kept. She says that it is a quiet community and she wouldn’t want to reside anywhere else.

Neighbors are extremely noisy and has no respect for others. Loud music being played at all hours of the night. Parking is AWFUL and ppl will dent and scratch your car with no remorse. I would not recommend this place, counting down until my lease is up.

Love the apartment complex. The only issues I have with them is that I asked for an issue to be fixed several times and not one time have they came to fix it but they keep closing the ticket saying that it was completed when it never was. I asked them to come spray for bugs and the never came but again closed out the ticket. Not a bad place at all but when it comes to fixing stuff they just never come or they take forever to come. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still have issue that need to be fixed.

I recently moved into an apartment here and what can I say... its been nothing short of an amazing experience. From the application process to the move-in steps, everything was handled expertly and with a nice human touch. Needless to say Althea and Orchid are top class at making things feel seamless and hospitable. We appreciate them greatly during this transition.As for the environment it is beautiful and modern, our neighbors were friendly and helpful from day one. My children really enjoy the pool area and the other amenities as well. Looking forward to enjoying the rest of the new year here at Harbour Cove!
