Ashliegh was amazing, she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She also taught me how do my hair like she did. She even educated me about my hair texture and how to care for it properly. Overall she had great knowledge and was so pleasant. She's a real gem :)

I normally don’t bother writing negative reviews, but I do feel like this is a necessary one. I booked an appointment for a curly cut assuming that’s what I would get. When I got to my appointment I found that was not the case. It was obvious from the start that the lady who did my hair had no clue how to do thick curly hair. She yanked and pulled at my hair making snark remarks about the frizz and how nappy it was. Half way through her brushing it out I informed her that I wouldn’t be getting a cut after all to which she threw down the brush and glared at me. I went there to feel good and instead left the place in tears and felt degraded. I just don’t feel like they should be able to offer a service they cannot provide. Not only is it misleading but also damaging.

I was a walk-in so I wasn't expecting to leave on time. But Roxanne took care of me and left me feeling pretty. She was really kind and gentle. Book with Roxanne for an amazing expirience

When I started visiting this salon I was very satisfied with the good service and excellent attention from Ms. Rosa who always gave me excellent attention and care for my hair but due to her schedule and mine for work I started arriving without an appointment and Then I started working with Mrs. Alicia, who I was also delighted with for her excellent work and care for my hair, since she stopped working there, she continued arriving without an appointment even if I had to wait. It was then that I met Ms. Luzmila, who is also an excellent person and professional. On one occasion I arrived and she was on vacation, it was then that the bad attitude of the Manager Ivón began, who for no reason, since I entered, did not want to assist me and referred me to another of the Ladies who work there, then on two other occasions she no longer had the option to He took care of me and very reluctantly he did the repair as he wanted, not as I requested, he took care of me on two occasions reluctantly, he did not give me the hair color that I wanted, I burned my forehead, scalp and face with the dryer and he didn't even apologize, the two occasions that unfortunately I had to let him take care of me, he charged me as he wanted. I ask this question to make roots to cover gray hair of at least 1 centimeter long, do you have two charges? Mrs. Ivón told me that they were two different jobs, a completely ABSURD thing since it is still the same job, in the end I decided to stop frequenting the salon due to the arrogance and mistreatment of the Manager Ivón, it was an excellent place where I was comfortable even She had to put up with me, she frequented this salon from 2020 until about 6 months ago due to the terrible treatment from Manager Ivón.
Stylist: Ivón manager of the salon, I had terrible attention from her.

I have been coming to this location for over a year now, and Roxanne always has me walking out gorgeous! I usually come for highlights, gray roots touch up, and a cut and I’m never disappointed. If I’m needing to be seen in a squeeze she often finds a way to accommodate me. It’s a wonderful thing when you can find a reliable, professional, and caring stylist!

Ali and the staff were amazing!!!! I hardly leave reviews but I felt she deserved this. She and the staff were so kind to my kids and did such an incredible job on my son today. Ali was amazing with my son who is 5 and made him feel so comfortable. He walked out with exactly what he wanted and felt so confident which is so important for anyone when leaving a salon. We will definitely be back!!!

Roxanne is the bomb! This is my second time with her, but I have been coming here for years- Roxanne listened to what I wanted, was very friendly, was able to explain things. I received a wash with conditioner treatment that left my hair feeling fabulous! Cut, dry and style, I walked out feeling 20 years younger. My husband enjoyed the new do! Thank you Roxanne, I will definitely be returning more frequently!

God, if you plan to give him a haircut, ask very well first, Fuy with my long hair I'm going to show my before and after photos to give me a soft V cut, I explained to the hairdresser Aly that I only wanted 5 cm maximum and by God The surprise when I looked at my hair when I looked in the mirror, It destroyed my hair, and it is the moment that I am waiting for this hairdresser to call me to give me a solution for this damage that they did to me
