When I went in here the store was empty on a Saturday @4:45 p.m. No1 acknowledge my presence after about 10 min. I asked to some1 to check if there was another color for a wallet, the guy said let me check in back and totally forgot that I asked for help. I went and asked another guy the same thing and got the same reaction from him. Meanwhile the girl at the register argued w/ a customer about weather or not she wore a garment and that she wasn't gonna exchange it for a new one. At the end of the day I could've just walked out with whatever I had in my hand cause no1 was paying any attention to what I was doing. Rude, inconsiderate and incapable employees at this location. If I could give it a 1/2 a star in would.

Kiss is ALWAYS so helpful and welcoming. Stanley’s gone now but we visit him in Aventura. Met Ruth two weeks ago and I have to say she’s amazing! The staff at the Guess are top notch. I love the welcome I always get. I’m a HUGE guess fan and what’s made me come back time and again for years are the managers and staff at this location. The fact that I can only give 5 stars imo isn’t enough.
