I recently visited Golf Galaxy at Pembroke Pines and was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions and offered valuable advice on equipment that suited my needs.
The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, making it a pleasure to browse and shop. It's clear that the team is passionate about golf and dedicated to ensuring customers have a great experience. I left feeling confident in my purchases and excited to get back on the course. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality gear and outstanding service!

Workers didn’t seem to want to work and make a sale. Asked to hit a few balls, schedule a fitting and insight on a purchase that honestly could’ve happened today. Didn’t hardly give me the time of day. I’ll be bringing my $1000+ purchase somewhere else. Manager needs to get rid of these guys or corporate needs to close the store.

Ridiculous experience visiting with my sons. Staff seemed to not want to be bothered. One even yanked a club from my son without explaining why, until prompted to explain himself.
This was my first time paying for a bay. Staff seemed to be uninterested in helping me understand what was needed to enjoy the experience.
We figured it out and ended up enjoying, despite. Didn’t appreciate my kids thinking that kind of interaction was proper customer service.

Went in to see if my Taylormade was still under warranty bc of an issue that I got from this location and the service manager wouldn’t even try to help me out. I’ll be taking my business to pga superstore from now on.

They never had any intention of alleviating the customer's discomfort. Despite my misuse of the reward I possessed, they refused to accommodate my request for a change. I experienced the worst service.

I had a fitting at this location with Klaus. He is a fantastic fitter. I’ve been golfing for 20+ years. This was my first fitting and it was eye-opening. Thanks to him, if you’re going to get fitted ask for him! The store was nice, great experience overall

Visited the Pembroke Pines location as a new golfer in search of clubs and I would highly recommend asking for Flen. He answered all of my questions and offered great advise for my first golf purchase. Thanks again Flen for the amazing service. I’ll definitely be back. Cheers from the Bahamas!

Horrible service, you come in the store and they act as if you are invisible. Been coming here for almost a year, only one gentleman here is helpful, the rest, good luck! I went to try a club and they simply disappeared. They lost a big sale, truly a shame. Although, they have a great selection, if you are looking for good service there are many other golf stores I'd rather go to.

100% recommend if you need a club fitting. My daughter had a fitting with Paloma and she was amazing! Took her time and helped with each brand and club. I appreciate her patience and knowledge. She's loving all her new equipment.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Pembroke Pines golf galaxy.We were a little lost in what sand wedge to buy as a beginner and Astor came in and alleviated all of the hassle. Took his time to not only advise a club, but to teach about the entire process. He took a long term approach too and taught me where I should be going a few years down the line with fittings and swing analysis. I’ll be coming back here 100%! They know what they’re doing and hired the right people. Thank you Astor!
