I came all the way down here since this is the only place that had the game I was looking for in stock, but they don't even answer the phone. This situation explains why they never pick up when you call (see photo below)

Adding warranty to games without telling people during checkout process look I get it it’s numbers but at least inform the customer 4th time this has happened to me but I just chose to ignore it giving people a chance to do right next time the manager name was definitely Luis and it’s not okay it’s literal stealing I was a store manager before and this is not okay so Eddie if you’re reading this I’m not sure if you’re still the district manager I would hope you’re not encouraging this behavior in your district these are bad practices this is supposed to be a simple customer experience for someone to buy games and etc not a car dealership and pushing bad practices

Haven't been to GameStop within the Publix Commons Plaza since 2018. It has really changed so much. The last purchase that was made from there was Neon Red/Neon Blue Joy-Con Nintendo Switch Console for $499.99 using my debit card. I'm so glad to have done that purchase and cannot wait to have myself own a brand new PlayStation 5 Disc Version console for my gaming collection.

Just learned that Sharice is no longer working at this location. This is a huge let down, as she was the only reason I shopped at this location. I had a few interactions with the Store Manager and every time I dealt with him, I felt as if I was being a burden. Aside from me feeling like I was bothering him, it was a very transactional experience. This location is closest to me, but if I continue to shop at GameStop, I will be choosing a new location or just purchasing from Target instead. What a huge let down.

Change the manager, please. Everybody is cool at the store but 2 times i had to deal with the manager, I felt that he was doing me a favor. Even after expending $250, no thank you, no smile, no have a good day...I go at least once a week and the team is cool there, always nice and caring. Everybody but the manager (i guess he is).To understand how mad I am right now, this is my first ever google review ?

Very friendly staff, they even helped me look for an item I could not find and went as far as going to the back to check if they had any left in stock. Would absolutely recommend.

Placed a online order for hollywood their website put it to this store. I called and called and called so many times nobody picks up. And customer support over the phone is horrible and the wait time is atrocious . Do yourself a favor and never ever ever I mean ever spend your money here. Why pay them to give you a hard time? Why are you going to pay to be inconvenienced? If you're gona pay a company the least they can do is help and try to make the experience less of a hassle. Instead this company makes it extremely difficult aggravating and just not worth the time wasted. I spend 3 hours trying to fix the issue myself online. Calling paypal. Trying to refund the online order that was sent to the wrong store. That's 60 dollars of time I could have just went to work and made the money. Ordered on amazon and call it a hassle free day. Yeah I hope gamestop goes out of business they clearly dont want my money.

I live 1 mile from this location and would rather just drive to a farther location. The workers here don't enjoy their jobs. I stood there while 2 workers talked for 5min while ignoring me and also ignoring the phone ringing behind them. I was the only person in the store at the time. Just bad customer experience all around I see why this company is struggling.

I left Gamestop disappointed by Mikeal at 3:40 and said my trained friendly Bosten terror is not allowed in the store. Game stop is pet friendly let see what happen with his superiors. I am waiting for response.
