Whether I've been waiting online myself or walking by this store's customer service desk, I often witness customer service employees treating customers rudely and disrespectful when handling returns, Publix is so much pleasurable.

Dirty, not stocked very well. Always check the expiration dates on products. Never enough registers open so you'll be in there a while.

It wasn't that bad here we were in and out staff were nice and thanks to Nixon at customer service who helped us out.
