A very poorly trained and educated phlebotomist trying to make an appointment and calling 5 TIMES REPEATEDLY while I was on a call. When I called 7 minutes later after I finished with my phone call, she impatiently told me that I HAD to answer, or she could not go. She hardly allowed me to speak and explain. I calmly told her that calling 5 times within 2 minutes is quite rude and a message would suffice to get a call back. I cancelled the appointment despite all the inconveniences that this will cause. I would not recommend these people. At this time, I don't want to risk finding out whether they are first or last quality laboratory.

I took my grandma last week for a CMP test and I was surprised by one of the best costumer service I have ever had. If you’re interested in home testing call them that they send a nurse to you’re house also. AWSOME !

Best clinical laboratory in the area. There is no robotic answering machine on the phone like the vast majority of laboratories. There is always a person behind the phone to help solve any questions or problems. Love for this place.
