Terrible service, the man who works there does not have the proper treatment with customers, my wife was there and asked him for some boxes and his responses are very rude. I do not recommend this point of FedEx.

I am amazed at the high level of customer service provided at this location. I've interacted with multiple employees here and they go above and beyond to assist. Tell you about their services, and today the very nice lady showed me the self serve drop off option. Fantastic experience every time I come here. Thank you.

They are nice and efficient. I need a large image printed and they did it the same day. Also the print and go is a good modern device that allows you to email all of your printing needs and get it done quickly.

Twin is an unbelievable employee. Very efficient, friendly, and even hustled across the store to attend to me. Somebody give this man a raise. Great store.

Sad to see people so unenthusiastic with their job which includes interacting with humans beings. Is the goal a FedEx to avoid human contact? What is even worse everywhere is almost the same.

Twinn was exceptionally helpful, kind, and efficient!! He had my order ready in lightening speed and the quality of the printed flyers were amazing! Not only was I impressed by how fast he had my order ready on the same day but when I went to pick-up he was multi-tasking and making sure that each customer was well taken care of, even the one on the phone! Thank you Twinn, I will definitely use FedEx again for my printing needs.

Terrible customer service. Lady did not want to help us pack and ship return product. She was so angry that she threw everything in the box including a laptop without wrapping it at all.
