Terrible person, Robert, waited 3 1/2 hours to fix a flat to be told my tire was worn out and they couldn’t fix it. Left there, went to Good Year 5 minutes tire fixed.

This place is a scam. I pulled up to get my tires balanced because I had just put brand new tires somewhere else three days prior and the balance was off, so I walked in to balance my tires. He told me he had to look at my truck first took me outside rubbed his hands on the rear tire on the inside he didnt didn’t even touch the tire looked at me and said you need new tires. Your tires are chopped, I said those tires the rear tires he said yes I said that’s funny. Those tires are three days old. He looked at me Crazy hold on Let me check the front tires. Oh yes, these tires are chopped my bad.. I said wrong. Those tires are only two weeks old. Oh, you know what I cant do the work here what u need is an alignment and my machine is too small for an alignment to go down the street once I called him out for it! Let me remind you I have a 1500 Dodge four-door ram truck ..on his alignment machine at the time he had a truck on it avoid this place at all cost SCAMMERS!!

I’ve been to coming to Family Tire more than 10 years and have dealt with many of their workers through the year but never had such bad service as I did today. I came to drop a flat tire 8:30 this morning and the man in the front desk said it would take 2 hours. I call back a little over 2 hours later, no response. I call again and again, no response. An hour later, I called again and no response. I can on my wife’s phone and get an immediate response by that man. I asked what’s wrong with my tire and why my calls are being ignored. He says they’re busy and puts me on hold indefinitely. I had to drive 40 minutes back to the shop for him give me the time of day. He ever told me to go to another shop which I refused! Those 2 hours turned into 7 hours for a simple new change… Family Tire’s terrible, terrible employee is ruining their business.

They told me it was an hour wait to patch a hole in my tire and they would call me when my car was ready to be picked up. 2 hrs went by and no one called me. I had them to call to find out what was going on. They told my car was ready a long time ago but forgot to tell me and they gave me only 15 min to pick up. When i get there to pick up my car and paid them, they LOST MY CAR KEYS and couldnt find them 20 mins after waiting 10 mins prior for them to give my keys to leave. they looked everywhere on the floor, in car , in the garage multiple times and never properly apologized for misplacing them. Terrible service and not kind. Never going there again.

They are irresponsible, spending 4 hours waiting to align the vehicle. The manager hit the car and did not want to take responsibility. I do not recommend it at all. Terrible service.
There is no evidence of an insider according to the owner because there are no security cameras. I only invite people to check all the comments.
