I recently became disabled and in the process of finding a primary care facility that not only would accept my health coverage plan as well as meet my expectations of professionalism….while in the process of calling various medical facilities and feeling a little discouraged, I decided to not give up and keep searching for a medical facility from the long list that was provided to me by the state. In the process, I came across f.m.c. I called and spoke to a wonderful employee at their facility named Samantha….. she was very professional, she was very kind. I wasn’t sure if she could hear the distress in my voice from calling all around town for a provider, but she assured me that it’s going to be ok and she would help me and educate me on how to get myself situated…. She not only reassured me of myself but made me feel like this is where I needed to be… she helped me verify my eligibility , she explained to me what else I need to do to get my benefits situated. I was thankful for her help….. on my initial first visit, it felt like a dream. Everyone was super kind and friendly and it felt so inviting…. They were even was polite enough to give me directions on my way there. Upon my arrival, I walked and I seen a room filled with diverse backgrounds… even the employee staff was well decorated…. In my years of going to clinics, I have yet to see a more diverse medical facility like f,m.c. The receptionist was friendly, the staff member by the name of Stephany called for me. She was excellent… she took my blood pressure, answered all my questions and also reassured me that I’m in good hands at f.m.c. She also gave me some kind words of encouragement in pursuit of my journey to good health… which was so uplifting and then I seen rinci thomas….my experience with her was very comforting. She is ver professional, she is very kind and down to earth…. She reviewed my charts…. Advised me of the changes needed… and also made a few recommendations…. It felt like I knew her for years….this is a very inviting and warmth feeling facility… I thank God I found this facility…my experience was nothing less than A1A performance…. Thank you f.m.c. For living up to your name and making my experience in this establishment feel like “family” thank you all thank you Samantha, Rinci, Stephany and the rest of the staff at F.M.C. You guys are the real M.V.P. of the healthcare industry….thank you.

I came here following an injury and they provided great service and treatment. Very quick response and minimal waiting time. The Physician Dr.James was very helpful with understanding my situation and answering my concerns.

What a great first visit. Carla at the front desk was very professional yet personal with everyone. I was really comfortable with Glenda the intake. Dr Thomas was amazing. Took her time with me, asked all the right questions and gave me her undivided attention. Office was clean and everyone was so nice. I'm so happy that I chose them as a primary. I'm actually looking forward to the next visit.

DO NOT COME HERE! I set an appointment for 11:30 AM as a new patient. At 12:30 PM I walked back up to the desk and the front lady inform me that she was just putting in my information after filling out all my new patient information 45 minutes prior. After she notified me, I sat back down in hopes that I would be called next, but she called three people that came after me. After those three people went to the back, she called me to the back where I discovered that they have a secondary waiting room. A medical assistant eventually came to get me and did not even tell me his name or tell me that he was a medical assistant. The medical assistant took my blood pressure and told me that the doctor should be in soon as there is one patient in front of me. 20 minutes later, I still was not seen by the doctor. I decided to go back to the front and cancel my appointment when the lady notified me that there is still one patient in front of me. I told her to cancel the appointment anyway. I left at 1:10 PM after not seeing any doctor. It was ridiculous and not being seen or even updated. I am extremely disgusted and dissatisfied. Not only did I not have a good experience, but the attitudes of the staff was negative. As a new patient, I expected to be with kindness and comfort, and I did not feel that at this office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
