On the morning on December 16,2023 I saw the manager be rude to another customer and decided to say something. I have been going there for four years and she always had an attitude but I usually ignore her. This time she was rude to an older gentleman. I asked her for corporates number I her she is rude and a horrible person and that she shouldn't treat people like that she just started yelling at me, she said I was a horrible person and that if I come back she will call the police. I believe her name is Glenda. The fact that I see numerous complaints about her over the years in these reviews and you continue to have her as an employee shows that you don't care about customer service at all. If the corporate office looks at the account I have for their business they will see how long and how often I go there. So if they are okay with loosing a long time customer. Then fine by me.

I got to the store 15 minutes before and “Saida” didn’t let me in. I understand people want to get home but they also don’t understand the urgency behind what we need to pick up or what we have to do to get to these stores.Please hire people that want to work there. Period

I was there at 9:50 and one of the tellers she forced me to get out of the store with bad attitude because she told they needed to close ASAP and it wasn’t a way you should treat a customer I asked for her name and she told me Carmen Dorta but I really don’t know if she was telling the truth about her name. Terrible customer service it was a women between 25-30 years old with pimples on her face she shouldn’t work for family dollar because she doesn’t have the customer service I’m waiting to see her district manager to let him know.

I WOULD LOVE TO PUT 0 STARS, they are spoiled, rude, unprofessional, they have no knowledge of customer service, and the manager Glenda is very apathetic, she walks with her earphone in her ear, I imagine not to talk to customers, she treats very bad to the workers, it is not worth going to this place.

Wow!!Bought some cheese there that was moldy on 4/27/2023 and tried to return it on 4/29/2023 and the manager lady there started to debate me about returning it. She has a huge attitude problem. The store not only sells contaminated food product but many times the cooler will have busted egg juice all over other food product. Will be filing complaints with the Broward County Health Dept for these multiple and continual violations that are a danger to the general publics health. Will never shop at a Family Dollar ever again and will warn consumers on the dangers that this company seems to not care about concerning public safety.

Terrible customer service. I just wanted to exchange a new pair of slippers, that were the wrong size. The manager was grilling me about a receipt which was electronic and he didn't know how to look. It was really just exchange but they treated me like a criminal anyhow. $10 Dolphins slides I mean who would want to steal those. Boycott Family Dollar.

If I could give zero stars I would. Store number 7989. Off university and taft. Employees are incredibly rude and dont know what they're doing. Very poor customer service. Attitude if you dont speak Spanish. Congrats on losing a loyal customer.

I applied for this store location and specifically went up there to speak with a hiring manager she told me that —wasn’t the specific store I applied to when I know I did . These days people like to profile before even interviewing or getting to know you . Will take this to cooperate very unacceptable!
