I Ordered custom furniture here months and months ago.I Still haven’t received it. We Called for an update more than once, they never provided one. I will not be back to this store again. Poor experience, poor customer service, waist of time.

Mrs. Dawn Lee was very helpful and gracious with my recent purchase of living room furniture. She took the time to come to my home and precisely design and make fine-tuned suggestions. She additionally ensured that all items were delivered ahead of time than when originally promised. My experience has been sad with this company... they seem very disorganized and the quality is not the same... we had quite a few pieces from them and still in great condition but the new pieces are not close to the quality and service they use to be. I am still going through their process to fix them and it has been over 6 months... I hope they will recover their values and quality.

I am very sorry I used Ethan Allen in my home remodeling. I have had nothing but anguish and dissatisfaction with a sofa I purchased in January 2021. The sofa was poorly constructed; upon sitting on the sofa, a loud creaking sound was able to be heard, the fabric creased, the throw pillows were not of the same workmanship as in the showroom. These defects were confirmed by an Ethan Allen technician who said the sofa needs to be removed. We went in to look at a table here and had a good experience with the sales person helping us choose different fabrics and explain all that Ethan Allen has to offer. The furniture is pricey, but you're getting really good quality. The store is medium sized and nicely furnished, though they have some rooms at the back that are empty. The place feels a bit dated. What I didn't like is their inability to give a discount on the delivery fee or furniture protection, and I mean nothing. There answer was always, "that's why we offer financing". Listen Ethan Allen, I don't consider you folks offering financing a discount to me. If I'm spending $7,500 on a table, and there's no wiggle room on anything, then I'll go elsewhere. You're not the only game in town with good quality furniture.

I have been a customer for a while ago and always been helped by the must wonderful designer at Ethan Allen at Pembroke Pines: Lisa SokolShe has an excellent taste and since we have been confined at home do to a Covid-19 I had a great experience working with her. We did everything via email, photos, text always available to answer all my questions. She is so kind and very professional. I highly recommend Lisa Sokol !!!!That's the reason why I give her 5 Stars and Plus!!!!

My husband I have been dealing with Lisa Sokol and we have been very happy. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen sense of design, texture, sizing, placement, etc. She definitely loves what she does and it shows. I have worked with her for home and office applications most recently. I have shopped with Ethan Allen for over 26 years now. Lisa is the best design consultant with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing. You will not be disappointed.
