If you’re reading this, it’s because you’re looking for a hairstylist. Allow me to introduce you to Alejandra. This magician has been treating my hair over 3 years. Alejandra knows her business and isn’t shy about it. Over the years I have come to her with all types of crazy requests and she just gets my vision. She is honest and will NEVER mislead you. She is kind but will not hesitate to tell you what works and what doesn’t but most importantly she will take the time to educate and explain. I initially came to her for a color correction with the hopes of looking decent again and she surpassed my expectations. Alejandra is fair and a true professional. She is SUPER busy but when you get the chance to sit in her magical chair…. Speechless! I heart Alejandra Jim.

I was recommended to Alejandra by a client of hers that has been coming to her for several years. She is super knowledgeable and honest which is very hard to find now a day when all people want is to make a buck. I wanted to do some things to my hair but she recommended we take it slow while giving my hair time to heal. Am I glad I waited and now I have the color and the hair I always wanted. The products she uses are amazing, she is always on time and very respectful of others time as well. She is very professional, and personal at the same time. She listened to my needs and what I wanted and guided me like a professional should always do. Alejandra is excellent at what she does and I HIGHLY recommend her. I am super blessed to have found her.

Had a hair consultation yesterday and was disappointed with her consult. After seeing her talented work on instagram and 5 star rating I sent her a message on Instagram on Monday in which I was told to call Wednesday because she was closed. On Wednesday I spoke to Rolando which told me to send her a message on Instagram with pictures showing both my hair and images I liked my hair to look like (which I picked from her instagram) to get a quote. She never responded and I'm aware how busy hair stylist are so I called again on Friday and was told to come in person. When I came she was doing someone's hair and appreciated her time to give me some advice. She even pointed out if I saw the blonde that just left because that's her work! I'm like I know you're an expert on color and it's BEAUTIFUL that's why I'm here! However I was shocked when she told me my hair is too damaged to color correct. There is a reason I picked a professional in color correction to help me =( She then gives me only a price for my roots but emphasizes she too busy to do them!? I didn't expect today but never? She said I don't know you nor your hair..(ya because I'm a NEW customer). She then tells me to go back to my previous hair stylist (that's in homestead) to fix my damaged hair because she can't! She did give me advice to give my previous hair stylist but seriously I thought it was very unprofessional to deny a potential loyal customer a service and waste my time coming in!

Alejandra, is a great hair stylist. She’s an excellent professional and a stylist you can trust with your hair. I always get my hair products from her because they are top of the line good quality products. I have been going to them for more than 12 years and the service and professionalism is still intact. Alejandra is the best! ? I just had a color, cut and Silk Treatment for frizz with her that is like Keratin but without formaldehyde... more natural and leaves my hair with a little volume the way I like it. Apart from being professional in her art, she is a loving person ❤️
