Everyone at the location in Pembroke Pines Fl was friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was a very busy day and they were shorthanded but spent the time to go over everything about the car and even about the area, which I had not visited before.

I had the best service from Cassandra D. She was super polite, professional, and made the rental process so easy. I recommend using this location as the entire team as greeted me as I entered. Cassandra went above and beyond for me and I can't thank her enough!!!

So I am going to start off saying this was a traumatizing interaction with the enterprise manager on December 23 2023. This interaction with this manager caught me by surprise. Basically we have had this booking for this vehicle since August, my family and I have been getting ready for this trip to Orlando, and we needed a very large vehicle to accommodate my disabled mother, as well as our personal belongings that we needed to bring for this trip. My disabled mother had been waiting in the branch almost an hour and a half and her body had begin to hurt and feel weak from all the standing she had been doing inside the enterprise location. She had not gotten the chance to get one on one with the Manager, Mr. Ray, so she can explain her need for this vehicle for her disability reasons. My mother basically was being dismissed by Mr. Ray, the manager the whole time. My father and I was were being dismissed by the manager as well. After speaking amongst ourselves at the enterprise branch, my mother, father and I; I continued to make a statement to my father that this is very bad service, and I just did not understand how after waiting two hours in the enterprise branch how was every customer being helped before me and my disabled mother. Even customers that came in after closing we're being helped at the moment, and I was simply being dismissed, as if I did not exist. I started to wonder if it was because I was black. I started to wonder if it was because my mother was disabled was she simply being dismissed.? After Mr. Ray, the manager heard my comment about the service we received, all I said was "this is bad service", he looked at me and he looked at his computer screen, and then he clicked his computer once, and said "your reservation is canceled". I was astonished. I have been waiting in the branch for two hours my disabled mother, her back was hurting from all the standing and waiting in the lobby, basically, I felt very disrespected, and felt that I was even being treated as if I wasnt a person. The manager Ray pointed at my mother and I and shouted, I want them out! Get them Out! The manager also told his staff not to give us service, because if they did we would get a survey and have an opportunity to give the branch a bad review. Maybe this has something to do with his bonus? After blowing up on my disabled mother, the angry manager called the police on her as well. Is this how Enterprise trains their management team? I have escalated this issue to corporate serval times, and was promised a call back from someone in charge of this branch's district. It's been a week now with no call back. I guess the paying customer's concerns are no longer important to this company .

Tashana im back again. So after I posted my last comment , someone from enterprise comment on my page and so far they are a joke. I sent the email to them and still no response. Not only that my family have been waiting for a call back since Christmas eve and no one have taken the time to call us back. Obviously this it the kind of people they want working for this company. I read so many post on this page and it really seem that the president and CEO of this company don't give a crap about the image in this company. Something needs to happen and it needs to happen now. My family is scared from this crazy situation and I know for sure we will not be taking our business with enterprise anymore. Enterprise do better!!.
