New customer and ready to move on.
There’s a reason rates are competitive or even lower…Initially I was pleased with onboarding but <3mo, customer service is awful. Jessica needs some training on how to be more professional and communicate with customers. I no longer have a local agent I can trust or easily discuss my plan with. Bye

Excellent customer service, I like being able to talk to them to resolve any questions, not like other companies that sell you the policy and then you never find them to clarify a question, the price seems competitive to me, thank you Jessica and Elizabeth
