On a side note, I don’t quite understand why sales associates are required to stand throughout their entire shifts. As customers, we also spend a lot of time standing, especially when transactions take longer—like in my case, when buying a new phone.
Yani was phenomenal and really took her time to offer me a variety of services, including helping with my phone case and screen. Her care made the experience much smoother.
That said, it would be a huge improvement if the store offered high chairs or stools for both customers and sales associates. It would make the process much more comfortable for everyone while still allowing for great service.”

“My LG tv backlight started to blink repeatedly. I found the video hospital by searching online and gave them a call. Ed was friendly and after telling him the symptom he said he could fix it and quoted a fair price. I took the tv in on a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning he called and said it was ready. The problem was just what he thought it was. The lighting looks as good as new. Great service. Thank you.”

“Customer service is above and beyond!! Upgraded my phone and set up the new phone for me while I grabbed a bite to eat. My old phone was glitchy really bad so it was difficult to get all my data. However Max took the time and got all my data transferred and let me go grab some lunch while he worked on my phone. I recommend this store to everyone who needs a cellphone and appreciates excellent service.”

“After several failed attempts to activate the new phone I purchased, I decided to go to the Verizon store. Anthony was absolutely amazing . He greeted me immediately and offered assistance. I explained the issue and he assured me he would resolve it which put me at ease. He activated my phone in a very efficient manner and I was on my way. He answered all my questions and educated me on things I was unaware of. He is truly an asset to verizon.”

“Heading to the grandmas for lunch we're stopping at 7/11 to get a slurpie and I shall review it for the vanilla dream flavor clean inside when I poured surprisingly a lot of the solids go to the top and a lot of water at the bottom mmmm the first sip creamy almost has a taste of vanilla with caramel and a hint of cinnamon oh my gosh I'd throw this on a cake so bad wow it almost taste carbonated such a smooth tasting thing almost reminds me of a Cinnabon but better probably one of my favorite slurpie flavors and the best part is ITS COLD im gonna give this experience a 5 the foam on top is so creamy melts in your mouth I loved this experience and would try this flavor or others anytime but I will add the cashier man at the front with the glasses and pulled back long hair appears like he hates his job sadly I hope he does get better if he's going through anything(This review was written in full Chronological Order of my experience)”

“Oh my God! The experience I get when I go to this 7-Eleven it’s one of the best. They greet you when you walk in. And the cleanest of this store is immaculate. The employees are great and the manager always have a smile when you walk in.They have conversation with you while you wait. Though out all of the 7-Eleven stores from Broward. This one tops the best. and this is just not from one visit. I’ve been coming here for a year now and its been the same.”

“Stopped originally at 900 n university dr location none of the slurpee machines were working so we left and came to this one. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! 2 gentlemen at the counter were extremely polite and helpful when I asked for small slurpee cups for my girls. This store is also super clean. I will be going out of my way to come to this location because it's sooooooooo worth it. Please give recognition to these men working today at 2:30pm. They are so welcoming, polite, and charming.”
