For context, Lala is a Goldendoodle and brush my dog with a slicker brush every other day. I dropped her off at 9 am as requested. Upon arrival, Donna gave me several reasons why she had to cut the dog’s hair. I explained to her that I didn’t want her shaved. She stated she’d try her best to do what she can.
I received a telephone call at 525 that my dog was being finished up. I arrive at 555. I pay and tip for the service. I receive my dog and she’s shaved, even after the consultation. This is the second time I bring my dog to this establishment and she shaves the dog after a consultation. In addition to shaving, my dog spends the entire day at the groomer and is the last one serviced. Do yourself a favor, find another groomer that will at least do a decent job at shaving your animal.

Amazing! I have found a new groomer!! Donna was super attentive, explained everything she was doing and was very reasonably priced. My Darla girl came out looking brand new. If i could give more stars I would. Fantastic!!!

Extremely Disappointing Grooming Experience at Donna's Classy Clippers
My recent grooming experience at Donna's Classy Clippers was a nightmare. I am compelled to share my profound distress over the ordeal.To my dismay, Donna fell below expectations and made irreparable mistakes that left my Yorkie looking like a completely different dog. The painstaking effort and time I invested in growing her coat over many years were disregarded, resulting in an outcome that fails to meet even the most basic grooming standards.
Adding to the distress, my Yorkie's nails were cut so short that she is now in constant pain post-grooming. To make matters worse, my dissatisfaction was met with insults and disrespect.
The devastation is indescribable, and this unfortunate incident raises serious concerns about the competence and understanding of client expectations at Donna's Classy Clippers. In my opinion, such negligence warrants reconsideration of the establishment's operation.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing Donna's Classy Clippers for grooming needs. The risks far outweigh any potential benefits, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. This has been an utterly regrettable experience.
