Absolutely horrible experience I went here to just do a wash and split ends cut and basically none of them speak any English. I specifically had my friend translate just the split ends in Spanish and she asks if I want layers and I bluntly said no and somehow she still managed to do layers to my hair and I’m so horrified by this experience I worked so hard to grow my hair long and she completely ruined my hair and I don’t know how long it’s going to take to grow it back normal. Xiamara is amazing, I've never had anyone work so well with my hair before (and my hair is not easy). Will definitely come back! The eyebrow threading there is great as well.
